Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate notification containing your tracking information.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

To guarantee successful delivery, customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered accurately and completely at checkout. This includes:
• Correct street name and number
• Apartment, unit, or suite number (if applicable)
• Proper abbreviations
• Route or access information where required

ModelMannequin.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.


Delivery Timeframes & Carrier Delays

Shipping timeframes begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time of up to 3 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are beyond our control
• Once a package is handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for tracking updates to become active.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With original packaging and tags intact

Approved returns will be refunded for the item cost only, excluding original shipping charges and return shipping fees.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@modelmannequin.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work toward a fair resolution.
