We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of marks, makeup, scuffs, odors, or excessive pet/human/extension hair
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Any item showing signs of wear or use will be declined and returned to the buyer

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@modelmannequin.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Once approved:
• A prepaid return label will be issued
• The return must be shipped and received within 14 days of delivery
• Returns sent after this period will have the free return option cancelled

Items returned without prior authorization or using a self-purchased shipping label will not be refunded.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items

For hygiene reasons, all shapewear, swimwear, and underwear must be tried on over personal undergarments.

We are unable to accept returns of worn or altered items.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported to support@modelmannequin.com within 14 days of delivery.

Failure to report a defect within 14 days constitutes acceptance of the item and voids refund eligibility and any related chargeback claims.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is:
1. Return the original item once approved
2. Place a new order for the desired item

Model Mannequin reserves the right to refuse or limit returns due to, but not limited to:
• Patterns of excessive or irregular returns
• Evidence of wardrobing
• Returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Bulk orders placed in multiple sizes or variations of the same item

Prepaid Return Label Policy
• One prepaid label is issued per order
• All return items must be included in a single shipment
• Additional labels, if requested, incur a $10 deduction from the refund

Due to factors such as carrier or operational delays, return processing may take up to 30 days. You will receive email confirmation once processing is complete.
