We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return is accepted we’ll send you a return shipping label providing it is within 14 days of receipt of delivery, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package within the given time frame. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping cost for all international orders are covered by the buyer. Any orders requested for refund between 14 and 30 days of your delivery can be returned for refund in the form of a store credit, shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We simply ask that when you receive any shapewear order, try it on OVER your underwear or OVER your undergarment for hygiene reasons. We are unable to accept the return of worn items.
Any outbound shipping fees from the original order are non refundable.
Processing times for refunds can typically take up to 7 business days on our end, your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds back to your account.
